Two little things -- and I just figured that I can save myself over a thousand dollars in the course of a year.

What kind of shitty grinder are you getting for $20? Or do you just burr grinders for less than wholesale thru work? (Don't tell me that you actually have a plan that involves purchasing a blade grinder! For shame!)
