OK, so finally some good news -- I just had a really good job interview downtown.
First of all, there's the whole "Hey maybe I won't have to worry about thinkgs like bills, eating, laundry, and falling behind on the latest PS2 games".
But also, the prospect of working downtown is kind of exciting. Granted it's just a newsstand/coffee shop/deli job, but it's a job nonetheless.
The bad news is that I'll be making less there than if I were to be sitting at home on my ass surfing the net all day and collecting unemployment. What is wrong with this picture? So you're probably thinking -- "Why bother taking the job then, dummy? And by 'dummy', I mean 'retard'. "
And that would be a VERY good question indeed.

A "white Power" celebration, Really?? That is definitly yucky!! Working downtown would be exciting! I work on Broadway...and it's pretty exciting, but in a crazy kind of way.
