I'm willing to give people the benifit of the doubt.
If someone says they'll meet me somewhere, and somehow can't make it, I'll let it slide once.
But, if they do it twice in a row, on the first two times I was supposed to meet them, they lose all credibility.
I won't meet them for anything without some kind of solid guarantee that they'll be there.
In fact I porobably won't want to see them for a while.
