Well, what a let down that was....its games like that which make you enjoy local rivalry less and less....

United lost to the better team on the night....if only the fans could be so gracious about it...

Meh, whatever right. Well, as weeks go its been pretty solid. The dietary regime is working out pretty well and Im putting paint down more than ever.

Just wish my dog would give me 5 minutes...





The weekend is something im not really looking forward to but I guess once I get a beer ill be fine...Just waiting for the release of Prometheus then I can have an awesome night out with friends and see a damn spectacular movie...
