Retrospective

I borrowed this from a recent comment I posted in someone's journal . . . .

The nuns in grammar school knew I didn't fall for their shit, and as a result I wasnt their favorite kid. I always saw through all the horse shit when I was growing up . . . and pretty much took my own path, even though that choice often had adverse consequences.

I have always thrived on trying everything . . and learned risks can be managed. Probably explains why I've ridden horses, gotten certified to dive (including NITROX), became a licensed pilot, and ride a Harley! MY insurance company loves me! ha ha

I try not to listen to other people's crap . . and I believe that advertising imposes bad taste on people who have none.

You are better off being an individual than a conformist.

Be comfortable in your own skin . . and don't worry about what others think . . and you'll find peace!
