i have been thwarted in my efforts to see sin city, and another opportunity will not arise for some time. blast.
if i finish my paper today i will
a. of course be elated and relieved
b.go out and buy a celebratory bottle of lagavulin
c. proceed to drink said bottle and smoke whirlyknives' cigarillos until someone gets off work to play with me
d. pick up an extra shift at work this weekend so i can retroactively afford said bottle of scotch
d. gloat inwardly with the knowledge that many of my collegues are still battling the overwhelming abyss that is THE BLANK PAGE.
