So I'll keep writing to myself. It looks like Frances is not going to do much here in JAX, which is a relief. Andrew scared the shit out of me in Ft lauderhell cuz we had a large tree crash into our house and we had no power for a couple of days. But this one has mostly remained on it's expected path. A couple of my crazy ass surf homies rode down to West palm yesterday to catch the big surf. Another of my friends called me last night from Lauderhell and had no power but they were all completely drunk and almost got arrested for lighting off fireworks at 10pm for freaking out the neighbors. Every 10 min or so I would here them yell "Transformer!" meaning that blue sparks were flying left and right cuz downtown has nothing but old low lying powerlines. Nothin' like drunk people in a storm to cheer one up.
All seems to be well today but everything is closed so I am gettin' cabin fever. I might take a ride out to the beach to get some camera work done for my buddy if surf gets less choppy. Stay safe down south people. We got marginally lucky, once again.
