I'm trying to be more dominant. But its difficult when the subs disobey me. I'm not a sadist, so I don't want to do anything that they don't want. I guess I get confused when they disobey me....I don't know how to punish them "over the phone" basically, cuz I can't punish them in person right away. My one sub friend who is helping me be more dominant told me to charge them 5 bucks for everytime they disobey me. I tried that on 2 guys today, and they didn't like it. I don't like it either cuz it makes me seem like a money grubber. So emt guy (long story) told me to punish them by saying they get 5 slaps in the face the next time I see them. I like that alot better. And if it adds up to like 50 slaps and they can't take it....they take as many slaps as they can handle, and then pay me for the rest they can't take. Sounds good. Any suggestions???

What you're doing now sounds more like bribery because you're not up to the task, you're not dominating them into submission, you're buying it by making promises and concessions. You're saying "Or else..." with no real "else" you actually feel up to inflicting on them.
