ok so everyone knows i dont sleep much and if you didnt know before now you do. so friday night i only got 4 hours of sleep and worked all day saturday for 11 hours. on top of that saturday night there was only 3 of us working. my boss answering phones and helping customers, me being the only person making pizzas, and someone on the oven. then every now and then a driver would be cutting pizzas and they would fuck something up so then i have to remake something and put myself behind even more. so this went on for 3 1/2 hours. so then by the time i get to sleep i sleep for about 4 hours. so this puts me wakin up about 3 am. i am awake until about 7:30- 8 i have to wake up at 9 to get ready for work. so then i work until about 7 tonight. i still cant sleep. i sleep like once maybe twice a week. otherwise i only get about 5 hours if im lucky. the other day i started cleaning at 4 in the morning because i had nothing to do and i was soooooo bored. im thinking about trying to get some kind of sleep aid. should i try it?

Have you tried tylenol pm? Works for me and is good for when your'e wound up after working.
