ahhh, Chicago winters! 10 inches of snow to deal with. i don't mind. except when people "lay claim" to their parking spots after they shovel out, by putting chairs and 2x4's in their spot to hold it. for a day, maybe 2, i can understand. but there's always some dildo who tries to hold that spot thru March.

that's just annoying.
