at work, and bored, as per usual... maybe i should actually work on something.

a while back, a bunch of us here were quite bored (aggain, as per usual) and decided that we simply must allow complete and total strangers to rate us all based solely on our looks and whatever snappy banter we could come up with on the fly... yes, that's right... we all passed the digital camera around the building and put ourselves up on hot or not. i think we are having an un-official contest to see who has the lowest self-esteem. one of the receptionist girls is currently winning (if you could call it that) with a score of a 9 point something, but i suspect her of padding the vote with numerous mouse clicks of anonymity... especially since she checks her score like once an hour or so.

what a complete ass-hat of a system... people put the funniest pictures up on there, with muscles rippling and chrome gleaming... why do people get into the one-finger malcom x pose when a picture is taken? who are they trying to fool? i adore reading the shallow descriptions of people who "don't want no games" or are "looking for somebody rich to take care of me." just how many "princess looking for a prince to treat her right" -type girls are there out there anyway? do people actually meet each other on there and expect to be swept off their feet?

anyway, i'm not that hot... 7.1 to be precise. as far as the office goes, i'm second to last place... buncha fuckin' cheaters i work with.

if the internet thinks you're ugly, then you're just fucking screwed.
