Today I made:
Falafel salad with crumbled falafel, cottage cheese, and steamed spinach. It may sound gross but it was actually really good!
Dates stuffed with brazil nuts.

i bet feta would be good with it!! perhaps even some olives and artichoke hearts!!

I'm a store junkie too--I usually stop off somewhere on the way home from work. Tonight I grabbed avocados and spinach for some tacos, and a watermelon. Mmmm, summer.
