ok funny blog for you today..... last night one of the horse performers and i decided that we wanted to get a hotel room so we could actually have a bed and a loooong shower. so some where in west virginia we stop at an econo lodge.. they said we could have late check out at 2, my trailer could be parked in the back, and my dog could stay too so after $116 later we were all set and happy.
This morning loud noises woke us up at 10 so i called down at the front desk and asked if they could do something about it because we had late check out. she said of course, they were breaking up concrete. so i was on hold then she comes back and says that they don't have late check out and that the latest we can stay is at 12:30. at this point i'm getting irritated so i said i just paid over 100 dollars to just sleep for a little bit and when we got here the gentleman said we could leave at 2. keep in mind we didn't get here until 2 am.
i got put on hold again. the GM got on the phone and told me again we had to be out of here by 12:30. now i'm really pissed off so i told her we weren't leaving at 12:30, we'll leave at 2. she then says well we can have the police escort you out at 12:30.
wow!!!! really?
then oops she realizes she has the wrong room and starts freaking out apologizing. i told her forget it we'll be out of here and hung up the phone. i got in the shower, the GM comes up to our room. So nicole talks to her and it turns out that there is some drug dealing going on in room 151 and we were in room 251..
In the end the hotel didn't make us pay for anything.. and i refuse to speak with the GM because i will choke her,
