Huge week but its worth it!
52 Week 16: Not as strong as the past 2 issues (Booster's death and Elongated Man's mental breakdown) but it was cool to see Black Adam actually smile and be happy. And of course next week's issue will be most interesting.... B+
Astonishing X-men #16: Great issue then was read way to fast. Its going to suck to see Whedon go, depending on the next writer I may just drop the title altogether. It won't be the same without him. Oh well. A
Batman #656: The whole Batman with a sword thing is kinda cool. I love the art, and the way this issue ended should no doubt make for some most interesting future issues... A+
Justice League of America #1: Great issue, I loved how they used some flashbacks from classic 60s JLA comics to tell the story, it looked great. Ollie was hilarious I kind felt bad for him. It looks like there may be more members added in the next issue. A
Ultimate Annual #2: I really liked how the art from the flashbacks of WW2 were different, almost Hellboy like, which ironically fit because it focused on Nazis. A
Ultimate Spider-man #99: Yay! Spider Slayers next issue! Anyways, this issue has a ton of WTF moments that will probably all end up having an answer like "It was just a clone" We'll just have to wait and see I guess. Is Ultiamte X-men #100 going to be giant sized? B
Wonder Woman #2: Finally! This issue backtracks a little bit to show what Diana was doing and how she got her new "identity". Worth the wait? Not really, but still a decent issue. Lets just hope the next one comes out in less then 3 months from now. B
