My cat.
Just like the one before him, Twine, I took him everywhere with me. He was my brother's and I stole him and when my mom kicked my 17 year old ass out I took him to my dad's. Then one day someone let him out.. and he got eaten by a coyote. I was already depressed about living on a cot in a pink laundry room transformed into my grade 12 bedroom, then the universe had to go take the one thing I really loved. I went almost 2 years after that without a cat until my dad found Oskar in the alley behind The Columbia in Gastown. I called him my own, the vet estimated his age at 1-2 years and when I really think about it... I like to believe he's the reincarnate of Twine. They are so similar even other people have commented on it. After only two months of owning him I took him to Alberta where, because of the circumstances, he had to stay with strangers for 6 months and I'd only see him once a week, then I had him back for 4 months until I decided to go home. He got out 2 days before I was suppose to leave Alberta and I was drunk and crying because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to leave Alberta, cause I wouldn't leave without him. He is what makes me think that there is something better out there. And when I moved downtown and my roomate(s) let him out countless occasions, like the time I ran home from the Cambie in tears to find him, he always came back. And when I took off to South America for a month I left him with my mom, then she kicked him out and I had no where to live never mind with my cat, my dad took him for 3 months, and now he's back with me where he belongs. And I'm going to go cry myself to sleep with him yet again, these rainstorm migraines are going to kill me.

Its so weird when you find yourself in one of those situations when your so happy about whats happening for another person and so sad because of what it will cost you (having them around) and the job thing well.......that just sucks. Ive decided to save my silver dollars instead of my nickles (since all us southern belles have silver dollars) so that dish washer/cat_player_with position could be opening up very soon!
oh and..........I'm really glad you like it, and so sorry it was such a pain in the ass to get (boo on UPS, BOO((and yes I am shaking my fist rapidly in the air))) but sometimes having to really work for something makes it all the sweeter.
That was long......should I email it instead......thinking........thinking......nah.
