ran into an old friend last night.... one of those friends that is just comforting to be around... one you don't realize you miss until you're w/ them again... this friend and I used to be together allot, all the way through my post-secondary education, we'd spend hrs and hrs together... I feel safe, and content, I can think clearly w/ them around...... this old friend is the Night....

to put myself through school I took a job as a Night Watchman... I used to spend my hours walking around it the quiet of night, and quickly I found that I enjoyed being out, moving around, seeing the world when the lights are out.... and last night was just like that... it was feeling happy again.... SO, from here on out, I'll be putting in effort to do more night walks...
