woke up, finished Xenocide (very rapid ending, and it doesn't tie up all the sub-plots) and then started Angles and Demons (illustrated edition), 20pgs (or something like 17chapters!!!) into it I get a call from my old man... called me up to go for coffee (which means he wants to talk), so I fully expected the rest of my day to be shadowed by depression (as is what usually happens), but this time, we actually talked, talked like people... it was a nice change... he seems to agree w/ the fact that I need to move to BC for work, and apparently he thinks my car will make it there, so now I don't have to make money to get a plane ticket.... I now have to accommodate this new info into my plan and work this all out.... strange how my days turn out....
