If I could be tattooed by anyone, it would be Hannah Pixie Sykes, who is based in the UK.

I would probably let her design whatever tattoo she wanted, because everything she creates is just purely gorgeous, as pictured below.

She is also a gorgeous, pure soul and such a happy individual. I love following her and seeing her work so much.

If I ever travel there, I will make sure to set up an appointment with her.(:
