Overnight there are flowers everywhere and my nose is filled with pollen. I can't wait for warm nights when I can go to the beach and not have to worry about sunburn.

Oh... I wound up with some lady's pants once. They were a pair of courds, fairly unisex... but to get that leg length with that waist meant that there was a disturbing amount of room in the hips. Either men are gaining weight differently now, or I purchased in err.

Tai Chi is one of the best damn martial arts around. I need to find demo footage of Tai Chi in action, but at this stage I can just tell you that it's good because it rebuilds your understanding of your body from the ground up.
It's quite involved, and works in a very different way to most other martial arts.
