Today I was set upon and viciously beaten by a pack of...turtles!! 
Seriously! I got bitten!
I was feeding ducks in park and all of these turtles came looking for food and they went into a frenzy! They were so tame you could hand feed them (hence I got bitten!!) I will post pics tomorrow
This is yummy and vegan:
Pan fry 100 grams of pine nuts in olive oil
Dice and par boil 4 medium sized potatoes
Make pesto out of basil, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts and salt (do it all to taste) but make at least half a cup full
Cook up enough penne for four people
Throw everything into a pot and add...
2-4 cloves of minced garlic
Two tins of diced tomatoes
Heat & stirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Keeps for days, improves with age...

i'm so happy for you with the new computer, mine is really pissing me off, the keyboard letters get stuck, or just don't work, the sound is all fuzzy, i NEED more RAM and another HDD, as now i have 0% free space....
it won't let me play around in photoshop, and that's my fave thing to do....
please computer genie / fairy godmother grant me a wish, or Santa are you reading this?
