I love shopping, but of late I've found it to be a bit of an empty experience. I find something I like, I get all excited, I buy it and take it home, I put it away. Then the feeling goes. It's a bit like carving a notch in my bed post.
Buying presents for the people I care about is a completely different matter. I love finding something that I know they will love and it's a way that I can show I care, because I am not so good with words.
