Hmmm,
No way of saying this nicely...today at work an old man literally fell over and died

What a way to go...dying when choosing books to read over Easter. How totally everyday and unprepared/unaware.

I couldn't believe people just blatantly asking questions over the counter. One woman overheard me on the telephone to the council staff and just started asking questions

"Did someone die? Was it violent?"

I just ran right over her..."You were enquiring about language lessons in the local area, now is there anything else I can help you with?" until she got the message. She wasn't the only one. I can't believe the way some people acted...as if it was entertainment. Ghouls.
And people just sitting at their PC's typing away like trained zombies or flipping through the CD racks while the ambo's came and took the body away (I couldn't look). We didn't even close...it was just so disrespectful.

Some staff members who tried first aid went home very upset. They did absolutely everything they could and I have so much respect for how they behaved and responded.
