I wish that you had been cremated...

*I found the most beautiful dress in Target (of all places!) yesterday...it was a classic! Red roses on a white background with red tulle underskirt. It was just the most a gorgeous pin-up dress. It was the last one and it was a size 8 frown
I tried it on anyway...it went over my shoulders but my ribcage was just too big...which didn't stop me from expelling all the air in my lungs and giving it all I had to get the side zipper up for about 15 minutes. I have checked everywhere for a size 12, but no luck frown

*I have cut all my hair off! (no, I am not a skinhead). It's officially bobbed! I have hair above my shoulders for the first time since I was 9!

I think I might buy some violet contact lenses and become a look-alike. Seriously.

Yes pure swakiness, have not seen Pan's Labyrinth yet although heard that it kicks ass

I had a similar friend in the early 80's - drug addict artist, we had some great times in and around several newtown bedsits, though I never progressed beyond tequila. He died just as I was leaving that life and getting my first advertising job - I at least got to go to his funeral and wake. There's not a day really I don't think about him - one of those people who had a big effect on me.

Also re the above post - Pan's Labyrinth is wonderful, but beware - it has long sections of dreamy childlike fantasy interspersed with sharp moments of intense violence. I laugh at most gore, but this had me backing away from the screen like a 12 year old.

But a really good film, tho' smile
