I realllly want to go to SG burlesque but I don't think I can get a babysitter, afford it or even if there are any tickets left...has anyone else noticed how SG is plastered all over everything you touch at the moment?
I had an interesting bus driver today...he got off the bus at Victoria Square to use the toilets and got back on and announced: "AAAAAAAHHHHHHH, WHAT A RELIEF!!" over the intercom
Got my eyebrows shaped today and they look kinda nice! I've been making sexy faces in the mirror for the past 10 mins
Bought three beeeyooootifullllll old shirts today one has a pattern of flapper women, one is blue paisley (and is fucking filthy...I don't think people believed in wash 'n wear in the 70s despite that being the purpose behind many of the fabrics designed in that era) and one really cute one with a pattern of ladies wearing huge sunglasses.
There is a Jamaican restaurant on Goodwood road that I really want to take my son to...we used to eat out in a new place once a fortnight (kind of like a family ritual thing) and I want to start doing that stuff again. I think I let everyday life stress get to me too much.
I found a lovely red bubble-eye today...he is settling into his new home as I write...
