I gave someone a bit of a hard time today. Well, one text messages worth of hard time but still, they didn't deserve it. I'm just too sensitive to being cancelled on. All too often it's a sign of someone trying to get rid of me while 'saving my feelings' (or rather lessening their guit by not upsetting me) which just hurts me more. I know this person wasn't doing that but I'm always suspicious.
I know I need to lighten up.

oooooh, so how did it go? When are you moving in? Are ya all excited?

It's a shame that place didn't work out, but then again there's no point in just accepting the first house that comes along. As long as the people you are moving in with are a top bunch then where you live kinda falls in to second place.
