i just talked to my best friend back home. it was so good to hear how happy she is. i'm looking forward to visiting for thanksgiving soo much. i'm still learning how to balance a life between here and what is left of it back in Detroit. its interesting to feel the impact you leave after moving so far away. how people and places will change but when you come back together, it feels like nothing shifted, and if things did change, you don't care, atleast its there or they are there to go back to.
