Here are some things that have been on my mind lately, if you have some opinions on them, tell me! i like to hear what other people are thinking.
1) i learned that there is an estimated 3,000,000 people that are going to move to Portland by 2030. why are there so many people procreating??? even moreso, why are dumb people procreating? everyone halt your childbearing and adopt!
2) something tragic and scary is bound to happen soon in the states. with the train bombings in india, i have felt lucky to be safe, but this happening has made me realize this: its a false sense of security, something is bound to happen here. we've become to foiled in our lives here.
3) why isn't there a strip club that also has doughnuts in portland?
despite having some instense issues at hand, i'm still salivating about naked ladies and the holed wonder.

Strip clubs in Portland don't have doughnuts? I'd miss Detroit too...
I stay in new center now. Right behind the Fisher building. Detroit is still Detroit, but it's home.

1: dumb people procreate because religion tells them that it is the right thing to do. They, being dumb, believe this.
At the same time, many kids grow up wanting to be a parent, maybe even wanting to do better than their own parents. In some cases this is just a selfish act of wanting to create and then control a life.
2: a lot of scary things are already happening in this country, but I do agree that something BIG is going to happen. In order for any good to happen, something bad must happen. Does this mean death? destruction? another depression? assasination?
3: I've actually never been to a strip club, but think of it this way. A stripper is already gawked at, touched occasionally. If you were the stripper, would you like to be grabbed at by someone with sticky sugar fingers? eww!
