yesterday i woke with the workings of a horrid sore throat. it continued to irritate me throughout the day despite drinking lots of juice and water. this morning its worsened. i feel like cotten balls have been stuffed into my eye sockets and in my throat. gah.

i really wish this wasn't happening right now right before the river trip next week. i'm doing my best to kick it with cough drops and syrup.

last night i went out to dinner with friends for indian food. i don't know what it is about indian places in portland but they have THE WORST service. we waited almost an hour before getting our food. we didn't eat until almost ten. but alas, it was spicy and yummy. i just need to learn how to make this stuff myself.

just as i was walking across the street to get the new willamette from the corner, some jackass was fucking pissing on the side of my house. i yelled at him but he just stood there and his friend yelled "piss on it!". what the hell is this world coming too? i'll tell ya what this world is coming too, too many dumbass people are procreating little stupid children to run around and piss on people homes. thats what.

man, why am i so cynical? alright, heres some happy things:

1) its fall
2) i'm turning 21 soon
3) i ran into a friend i havent seen in a while, and learned he only lived 2 blocks away!
