Oh it feels so good to be back! The last month has been beyond crazy and I've had very little "me" time to do what I like. I've had tons of alone time, but it's been driving back and forth to the office (huge bucket of suck..but atleast I'm fortunate to have a job), babysitting dogs, adjusting to taking care of our wonderful little hobby farm between the hours of 4 and darkness...the thing that's been missing is quality kick ass me time (aka time in the gym).
I have been able to go about twice a week in the last few weeks but I used to be there 5 days a week for atleast 2-3 hrs a day so it was like removing coffee from a coffee drinker cold turkey. But tonight I went and spent 2 glorious hours of running, and eliptical and weights - oh my. AND what was even more exciting was that I was enjoying it and my knees and hip went fairly unscathed.

And I also learned something - wine can freeze. Oops! I put a bottle in the freezer and kind of forgot about it overnight, but didn't know it would freeze (ok perhaps I'm blonde at heart). BUT - it made the most yummy wine slushies as it was unthawing, as well as being wickedly cold. I love when accidents work out for the best
On another note, I want to d/l some new bands...any suggestions?

Argh...running at 5am bites...my brain doesn't start to function until about 630....even then it's a gamble.
