If you were to look up gong show in the dictionary there would no doubt be a pic of me

I took a pic of my finger, but it's even more disgusting than I thought so won't bore you with the details or pics. Add to that, I have a huge knot somewhere stuck between my quad and knee and it tweaks whenever I walk. But - hence the gong show part...how was I able to go to the gym and do 45 mins cardio with little pain? My whole right side is a mess and even when I go to physio it only sorts itself out for a few weeks and then it's back again.

Oh well, atleast I'm healthy and have the ability to go to the gym, run, do yoga, weights or whatever else I want The rest I can suffer through.

On the bright side - we have 5 baby iddy biddy chicks that hatched today and yesterday...and the dog that we are babysitting actually sleeps until 6am now and she doesn't whine all night. See things are always getting better depending on how you look at it
