It's gonna be one of those nights - my mind is in total overdrive because there is so much to do with so little time. The only real good thing about Paul being in Kingston during the week is I get to geek out, but then I find new things to toy around with and I get focused and can't leave it alone.
Tonight I finally found Picasa. Nothing major but now I'm trying to figure out how to work with it. Add to that, I've got 2 freelance projects that need to get finished, about 2 acres of grass still to cut by Saturday (with tstorms coming in tomorrow), leftovers to give to the sheep, 3 big dogs to look after, and a year end lacrosse party that we're hosting here. *sigh* It's times like this that make me miss being a kid - and then I remember the things that sucked about being younger and I come back full circle to my happy place...only to start all over again. *ARGH*
The one saving grace is that fair season is finally here! There are 2 or 3 going on this weekend and fairs mean fall, and fall means winter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to strap my board on this year. Every year we say this is going to be the year we will get some good quality time in on the hills so I'm not holding my breath this year...but there's a chance to hope isn't there? Add to that my bday is in 4 months + a day, and then Christmas. K I'll stop now before those of you who hate the snow begin to hate me
But what can I say...I'm a snow baby so that's my time to play!
