Ahhhhhhhhhh today is a good day. The new piece is starting to peel off with little scabbing....and the parts that have shed look bright and vibrant...just the way I was hoping it would!
The sun is shining and snow is on the ground with more to come tomorrow....at long last it's nice to know the snowboarding Christmas trip won't be a bust. The animals are happy - the cats are silly, the dogs are cute and the chickens are clucking. Life is good.
Except I'm working at home and there's a huge pot of chili in the slow cooker that is making me sooooooooooo hungry but I have to wait for dinner time.
Maybe I'll go change the bindings to the new boards and praise the snow gods for the delayed but final arrival
