Im back in Chicago and have already started a new quarter at school. Despite being painfully sick the entire time, it was great to be back in the beautiful city of Montral and to be with starguitar, of course. I have to get a new battery for my digital camera, but once I do, I will post the pictures. Last Thursday night he threw a little get-together and I got to meet many of his friends, including the lovely Drea, Wolfmystique and Metric. I had to cancel my spa and sensory deprivation tank appointments, but we still managed to do some of the things we planned on doing...like the opera Agrippina (amazing!), dinner with his family, the maple farm and St. Josephs Oratory. A lot of my time, unfortunately, was spent lying in bed, but starguitar took great care of me. He brought me anything I needed and rented season one of Carnivale for me to watch while I was resting. Now I understand why so many people are addicted to that show! Its hard to believe something that good is on TV.
SoIm not well yet, but Im on the mend. Im going to force myself to go to the gym after work today because its been over a week and my body needs it. But after that Im going home and curling up in bed with my kitty and will probably stay there all night.
