Happy 2005! (Like my new profile pic??) 
I hope everyones New Year was fun and fabulous. Mine certainly was. Ill have some pics posted soon.
I have a really good feeling about this year. For one thing, I finally have a clear idea of what I want to do with my life (teach English for CPS) and I cant wait to get out there and start doing it. I still have a couple more years of school ahead of me, and I know it will be hard working two jobs and taking classes, but Im excited and I really believe that this is what I was meant to do. I just started a new quarter at school, so that means I wont have as much free time, but Ill still be around.
Besides that, I feel incredibly lucky because I finally found the boy who I want to be with, and hes moving to Chicago this summer. Daniel and I met five years ago and it was one of those never-thought-it-would-happen situations. One day Ill tell the whole story, but lets just say that I fell for him five years ago, but we couldnt be together for a number of reasons. Well, sometimes life can turn in unexpected ways, and this time it actually worked out. We both had to live a little and learn a few lessons, but I believe that anything this good cant just be given. It has to be earned. So to put it simply, Im very, very happy.
