Something about the lithium is definitely working. I didn't know I was capable of such focus. It's like discovering you have a superpower...or that you're good at skiing...or a natural cook.
This may be my best spent vacation day ever. I designed, sketched and started painting the hula girl that Andrea comissioned(?!) from me today. I can't believe I'm almost done and that I like it so well. I won't want to part with it when it's finished. I'll have to make a print or something. Meanwhile, the camwhores painting is a little less than half done. Two of the six squares are as good as done. One in greens and the other in pinks and reds. I'll be using blue as a third color and then mixing those three in the last three boxes. My camwhores are tres sexy. Why on earth would I ever want to paint, draw or photograph a woman in any state other than naked, if that's what's available?
Supposed to go see Marie tonight as she "celebrity bar tends" for the Fusion at Pannini's on W.6th. I owe her the favor but I hate W.6th and all the chachies. I think I successfully coerced DeAnne into joining me so it's one beer and outta' there. And then I'm just gonna' come back do some writing, smoke a joint, watch the Daily Show and brace myself to go back to work tomorrow.
