interesting day...I just arranged my second comission. Well, that's not entirely accurate, because I look at my tattos as comissions. I just give the artist idea and thoughts and let them go at it. When tattoos are concerned, I look at myself as the canvas; the burden is mine to establish a rapor with the right person to do my work. And I look at any other art comission through the same vien.

At the moment I've got on digital gunfire . I don't think there is currently a better internet music feed. The sancturarysundays one was good, but it seems to be down these days.

I think tomorrow I'm going to go to the metal supermarket (real name) in vancouver to pick up some stuff to continue with what I've been working on lately. I wish I had a mig!! The only way I can weld right now is to braze. This wouldn't be so bad, except it incorporates brass into the piece, which is not what I want since the brass colour will bring attention to the sheet metal joints. I want them hidden so the pieces all look as one.

One of the craftsmen I respect more in the world than any other once said that when starting out, you have to work with what you have. He is one of the worlds greatest chair makers, and in his early days, he couldn't afford chisels, so he sharpened peoples used discarded screwdrivers.

Hmmm...there's a phylisophical life axiom in there somewhere.
