Well, the other night elwood409 came by my place to do the piercings I've been thinking of for what seemed years. He's an amazing guy, and clearly very talented. When someone who's manipulating my body, which I consider a cavas in such situations, makes me feel at peace, I know they are skilled. I mean really, anyone is capable of learning the mechanics which is modern primative body modification, but not everyone has the ability to grasp the phycology neccessary to do their craft well. He definately has it.
On another level, I learned that he's very much into the promotion of events in this and other cities. While we were prepping for the work to be done he told me of a very special event he's putting on in May which will be an invite only with a max of about 35 people. The situation, will be something anyone who is in the know about the body mod scene, would be truely honoured to be able to attend. I would perhaps go as far as to say that for some, it may be a once in liftime opportunity. So if I do formally get invited, I'll be humbled and thankful.
As much as I've been dating right now...I've had as much female interaction as I've ever had in recent weeks. My best friend is not in this city and I miss him. As fucked up as it may sound for a hetero boy to say, I'd gladly give up much time I've had with women lately to see Ryan more. When we're together things just feel right.
