So today I met my first fellow SG member......well two actually. Someone needed a hand and I offered. Perhaps my karma ship will actually come into port someday. 
I'm so not a sports fan, but it is cool that BC won today.
Last night I had a few friends over for a dinner party. We were all meat eaters, so I took advantage of that to pick up some bitchin' ribeyes. I BBQ'ed those, did my famous mashers, and some sauteed asparagus in garlic, chillies and olive oil. For anyone who doesn't know, I'm a huge fan of cooking. Once, I thought I was going to be a chef, but alas, that did not materialize. Back to the meal....the company was good....the food was good.....the wine was great (Sumac reserve Meritage>FUCKING YUMMY WINE!).....
There's much on my mind, but I'm not feeling too much like sharing at the moment, so I'll collect my thoughts and add more in the future........yes yes it's girl trouble.

I find it lifesavingly cathartic to spurt this crap out sometimes. That really shocked me. At first I totally couldn't get my head around the idea of blog "why the hell would you wanna do that?" but seriously, it's pretty cheap therapy at 4 bux a month.
