Well, I don't have too much to report on. On the weekend I went to a fire sale for a local musician/artist (12midnite.com). He had a pretty bad flame go through his place, though it didn't burn to the group. I did end up buying a couple of pieces that didn't get destroyed, though they do have that smell of smoke. When I have a chance I'll spray some more laqeur on them, that sound do the trick. Some day I'll take some pics and post em'. I suspect normally the two together would have been way over $2000. He does cool stuff and has some wicked wheels.
My very good friend in Winnipeg (who a screenplay writer) has invited me the following weekend to a mureder mystery he and his wife are putting on at their house. He has written the story, so I suspect it'll be an unforgetable evening. I don't know if I'll be able to get away from work, but am going to try.
I'm just finishing a book by my favourite author, Jon Krakauer. It's called "Under the Banner of Heaven". A story about the fundamentalist church of later day saints. It's incredible how the brainwashed right wing extremist machine can get out of hand. Even to me, the normal Morons church is a joke, strife with contradictions....reminds me of a saying....."Milli Vanilli proves that millions can be WRONG!".
