yes,i just got a letter saying they were back billing me full amount due to my not doing my income tax for the last few years so they couldnt verify that i made under the amount .which is a bunch of shit.cause i dont think you should have to pay a monthly fee since other provinces dont charge.and why would i pay more than a family of 3? they would go to the doctor much more than me!.anyhow i'm not paying cause i know i didnt make enough for them to charge me.and i think it's bullshit that they cant verify.the government knows how muvch i made whether i do my income taxs or not.

back dated to july 2004.which isnt too bad.and doenst matter as i'm not paying anything.hm,i do know at times that i havent given them info for years on end that they just kept me in the system and uncoverage.but i've pretty much always made under or just over the min amount.i dont know how they (the government)expects a person of one who makes 10 or less to be able to afford a monthly payment of 54$..i think they just expect that most people are in relationships and halfing expenses.even making 10$ an hour is not really alot of money to be paying rent ones self,food,bills,transportation..not alot left over these days.of course i'm viewing that as an average that most single people probably dont make a hell of a lot of money.but statstics are so fucked up i bet that they dont account for alot of people in the poverty level.and that they are conveniently not accounted for.and all this shit that bc and the new jobs they created???that job creation stuff is a bunch of shit so well off people can sit at home and watch tv and think that oh,see those homeless poeple could have got a job if they wanted etc..blah.
