It's been a year. My kids left at this time last year, and it was the beginning of my journey of self-love. I honestly didn't spend much time last summer really looking into myself. That part kinda came later. A little before my kids left I hit an all time low. I was in a toxic "relationship" with the only person I knew out here. I felt trapped. I blew a huge interview for Facebook; I literally stood at the edge of a bridge.
I am happy to say I love where I am in life. I have an amazing job. I've made such great friends, honestly through SG.
This is my girl @gaiah . I absolutely adore her. I am forever thankful to @sunshine for introducing us.
This is my girl @hurricane_heather . She joined me for Burning Man Precompression in Oakland. Love connecting with her. She is amazing and I'm glad to have her as a friend.
In combination of being around awesome women and just loving myself, I have to say this is a huge VICTORY!!

Now I also have a shootfest that I organized with the help of the above mentioned ladies. Again I owe @gaiah some serious love for helping me stay organized. One of my all time girl crushes @vayda is coming to shoot with us and @cdo in a little over two weeks!!

This week I've been snapping with the hopefuls account, thanks @rambo for setting that up! So much fun. (pst I hope to see you there girl) I am going to LA this weekend!! Seeing family before they move to Texas and hopefully meeting up with some other SoCal Babes that are on my want to meet list.
