Here's my minor update, dedicated to Trixxx.
It seems lately that any time that I've gone out for some drinks, a damn snowstorm starts, so I inevitably end up stumbling home drunk in a winter wonderland. Well, I guess that ain't such a bad thing, but here's how it all began:
I started my day (Saturday) with getting my ass out the door and to a movie downtown, which in this case would be Woody Allen's "Vicky Christina Barcelona". It was very good, and made me want to visit Spain. RIGHT NOW!
It was more in my thoughts as I exited the movie theatre to serious wind and snow, so I basically found a place to smoke some herb, and walked through the snow until I found a place to get drinks. Damn, I must say I do enjoy walking through downtown Toronto in the middle of a snowstorm - being high helps, but the city looks so damn amazing. Maybe it brings back memories of being a kid, I'm not sure, but I do enjoy it each time.
What can I tell ya after that? I drank until I found a place where there was kareoke going on, missed performing the song I requested because I was out smoking a joint, drank some more, and stumbled home in the midst of a snowy, wind-swept early morning.
