I hate the concept of soy milk with a maniac passion. IT'S NOT MILK!!
Do you know what charactaristic has to be present in order for any liquid to be considered a "milk" product?
Lactic acid. Soy milk is devoid of any sort of lactate.
Soy "milk" should be called what it really is:
SOY BEAN JUICE.
IT IS NOT MILK.
IT IS JUICE.
BEAN JUICE.
You're putting bean juice in your cereal and lattes.
GROSS.
it's also the color of plaque/tartar.
stop fooling yourself. it's not any better or worse for you than naturally nutritious delicious cow milk. it may not "harm" animals, but that chemical process required to make soy milk and the shit that goes into it will send you right back into bovine arms. or....teets.
