why is it that lately i need ten hours of sleep in order to not have heavy eyes.

why do i not hit my prime until about 9 p.m.

I know I need more sleep in the winter. I swear sometimes I go to bed at 8:30 - fall asleep by 9:00 and am up at 6:30 or so for work. Those are very good days! Look at Grandma over here! eeek

I try to stay between 5 to 8 hours top

you dont get the coveted "good sleep" or something

until you've been crashed out for 4 hours or so

after 9 hours I am a lousy conversationalist and extremely paranoid and anxious.

try beating yourself up
