Hey all... 
I have been busy. I am working with another project along with my own now...I have endorsements through them. This means (for those who don't know) that keyboard companies kiss my ass and give me things just for being me and playing their gear. HAHAHA. That rocks so hard it hurts. I have been traveling the state, meeting people, doing photos....wow I am busy.
In the course of this whole thing, I met a producer friend of the guy I am working with in this other band. He seemed really uptight and a little snotty at first, but way cute, smart and talented, so of course being the Scorpio fuck I am, I took that as a challenge. He heard my stuff and loved it, which was an orgasm producing experience considering the clout and experience he has. So I started in on him about attending my party Sun night....haha. Never met this guy in my life. It was Sun evening, 2 hours before the party, and I am going "no, blow off your meeting and go to this bar to drink and sing karaoke". At first he seemed uncomfortable and said he would call my buddy if he decided to go. We got done with the photos, I destroyed another pair of fishnets with my platform boots, and my friend walks up and says that the guy has changed his mind, that he is going to the party, and can I drive him there. Of course, I agreed, muhahaha! So we went, on the way, I figured out that this guy is incredibly smart, I have not met too many guys that are that smart, and that can keep up with my....ummmm...less than normal banter the way that he did. He has that whole confidence bordering on arrogance thing that I find attractive (much to my own detriment sometimes). So we got there, and he proceded to keep me in a constant stream of whatever drink I wanted. I was very impressed. Also, a little drunk. Haha. We had a great time, all 10+ of the people that partied with us.
So anyways, the end of this story is, the guy is really cool, but he had to go to Connecticut to work on a project for a month, so I have plenty of time to chill on that one. Good thing too, we all know how stupid I am....haha...at least in relations with other humans. He did call yesterday, which was cool. He wants to work on my project. I also found out that he did ask my friend if I was seeing anyone, and that my friend (the person I am working with) told him that I "had something going on with my ex in CA" and that he "would never get involved with someone who he was working with". I was thinking way to be smooth. It isn't at ALL that my friend has something for me, I think it is more that he is afraid that if I form a personal relationship with this guy, it has the potential to create problems, either because this guy puts more work into my project (which I think he does intend to do, but not because of our personal relationship) or that if we have a falling out that it will cause issues. I understand, but that does not mean that I will not do as I please....hahaha.
Well, anyways....for all of you who came to my party....THANK YOU! I had a great time! For everyone who didn't...we are talking about hitting Back Booth again Sunday for another round. I would love to see you!
