Friday's show went great and no one was really there to see it. But those who were really liked us. For a last minute show, we rocked.
Since we didn't get the SG show (over it now) we are going to be looking for other gigs in January. Probably not this month. It is also looking up for us to do SXSW this year - they asked for more info. Woohoo.
We did get invites from a couple bands to do joint shows. So looks like we will start being busy soon.
As far as my ex-bf goes, he called the day after I had that dream. That always happens, how eerie. one of our old band's songs got picked up for a small movie. We talked for a while, his other band got the middle spread in Gothic Beauty mag this time around with an interview. Dick.
Why me? I'll tell ya - because I don't have the guts to just say fuck it all. That's why.
But I am working on that.

I wish someone would financially back my band too. That would be a dream.. It would be cool if our bands could play a show together someday...
