A few interesting thingees...
I have added more articles to itsallgoingtohell.com - not that it seems like too many people from here care too much.
I am almost done with the album, and prolly going to be showing off a teaser EP at NAMM. That is going to rock out. Next is some local gigs to drum up interest. I am looking at options for the band, some will be permanent, some will be sit ins from other local bands.
My guy has been on this engagement ring kick. I told him that if he spent as much as the rings we have looked at I would feel really bad. He told me he just wants the best for me. I told him that he can buy me something crazy for our anniversary...but we have to HAVE an anniversary first. He laughed and said "I guess so, huh?"He said we could go out this week and look at less expensive rings if I wanted. So that is what we are doing. I suspect that he would still try to afford a $5000 ring though. Unless he is hoarding some money though, I have no idea where he would get that from. But ya never know with him. He has gotten to the point where he cringes at the word "girlfriend" as much as I do about "boyfriend". He says it just doesn't sound right. Well duh.
**UPDATE - fuck all that. Kick off. He is being a total work obsessed dick now. Actually yelled at me for expecting him to keep a promise...AGAIN. Why am I still surprised about this shit after a year and a half of it (and 2 years before that)??? I think I am the most stupid girl EVER.
