Had a bbq with my longest friends here in Edmonton. Their 3 year old is so much fun. He has one of those little Ikea kid chairs that's like a pod with a cover that pulls down in front. I want a grown up version of one for my office at work, then when I can't face the world I can just pull the cover down and hide in it. So this cute little 3 year old boy sits in his pod with the cover down and keeps asking me to spin him. I do, and every time I yell "Do you wanna go fasta?!'" he yells yes until I finally topple the thing over backwards from spinning it too fast. Then I climb in, pull my feet up on it and he starts spinning me around. I ended up singing "you spin me right round baby right round like a record baby right round round round" while he slowly spun me round, and then he joined in with the song, just imitating me. What a cutie.

So I stayed in this weekend to just try and get grounded. I know I've gone off recently, I'm not sleeping, not concentrating at work (well even less then usual), drinking every night. Not sure what it is, I'm suspicious that it's cause there's too many girls I have a crush on that just don't feel the same way about me. Plus I can't go to a party or a bar without feeling the need to try to pick up the first good looking girl that pays some attention to me. I've got to chill out and just stop it. So I stayed in this weekend to kind of give myself a break. I'm glad I did, spent time with old friends and that little cutie.
