Well I saw the loft of my dream, a huge bedroom space that could double as a studio (I'm thinking Murphy bed that hides in the wall), huge ceilings and a floor to ceiling window at one end and access to the top of the elevator shaft as a funky little room, alas it's a bit out of my means. I'm close, that's what's so frustrating, and I think it will be worth a fortune in a few years. But no, it's out of reach right now.
A friend was thinking about going 50/50 with me as an investment (and I get to live in it, pretty sweet, eh?) But he just pulled out so I've gotta face the fact it's not mine. Well I'll check when I come back from Brazil, if it's still available maybe I can find a way.
