Christmas, Christmas, Christmas!!! Damn I get stressed out this time of year. I always leave things to the last minute including enlarging photos for Christmas gifts (not done), making my annual calendar (not done), and inviting friends to my folks place for a pre-Christmas dinner (nope, not done). Not a big deal if I lived near home but I'm in Edmonton and I fly home to Toronto on Monday, so leaving neg's at the lab in e-town gets me nowhere, waiting until Monday is cutting it short. Damnit, I'm atheist, so why the hell does this stress me out so much?!

It's all the giving and the feel of the connection to people, seemingly everyone celebrating the same event, it has some power even for those of us that feel that jesus was a man if anything at all.
Brasil? I hope that's still as nice of a trip as I imagine it to be. lately all I've heard about is poverty and crime, but I am not all that up on things, so....
